By accessing or using GritFlow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

GritFlow is a context engineering platform that enhances AI workflows through:

• Context bucket management
• Prompt queue and management (PromptHub)
• Goal tracking (Grit Monitors)
• Structured development workflows (PACT Framework)
• Team collaboration features

3. User Accounts

To use GritFlow, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use GritFlow to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' use of the Service
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or abusive
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond our API

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you create using GritFlow, including context buckets, prompts, and documents. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

Our Platform: GritFlow, including its design, features, and documentation, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

6. Payment Terms

For paid plans (Pro, Team, Enterprise):

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as described below
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

7. Third-Party Services

GritFlow integrates with third-party services including Anthropic (Claude AI), Stripe (payments), and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• GritFlow is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim
• We do not guarantee AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GritFlow and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• At our sole discretion with 30 days notice

Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days. After that period, we may delete your data.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
